Packages

that delivers positives outcomes

We empower young people to develop the life skills needed for their future and support their mental, emotional and physical health.

Early Intervention

Our Early Intervention Package provides flexible, targeted support for young people who are beginning to show signs of disengagement, behavioural challenges, or difficulties linked to SEND or SEMH needs. The package is designed to prevent escalation, reduce the risk of exclusion, and help young people stay positively engaged with their education.

Support is delivered through a blend of one-to-one and group work, both in schools and offsite. A dedicated mentor works with young people individually within their school environment, building trusted relationships and helping them to explore the underlying causes of their challenges. Small group sessions in schools encourage positive peer interaction, teamwork, and social skills through engaging, discussion-based and activity-led sessions. These sessions focus on emotional regulation, self-esteem, behaviour management, and goal setting, giving young people practical strategies to cope and thrive.

For some, time away from the school setting is especially beneficial. Offsite mentoring provides a safe and supportive space where young people can reflect, develop coping strategies, and engage in practical activities that build confidence, resilience, and responsibility.

By combining group experiences as well as individual mentoring, both in and outside of school, the Early Intervention Package offers timely and practical support that addresses challenges before they escalate. This approach helps young people strengthen their emotional resilience, improve behaviour, and re-engage positively with their learning journey.

Alternative Provision

Our alternative provision package offers tailored support for young people who have been excluded, are at risk of exclusion, or face challenges related to special educational needs (SEN). Through group mentoring, life skills development, and optional English and Maths tutoring, we provide a safe and engaging environment where young people can rebuild confidence, improve behaviour, and re-engage with learning.

We work closely with local authority departments, schools, and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs). This ensures we reach the young people who need support the most, often at a critical point in their education journey.

Sessions are designed around practical, interest-led activities such as cooking, sports, creative projects, offsite enrichment activities alongside essential real-world skills like CV writing and college application support. Academic tutoring is flexible and adapted to the needs of each individual, ensuring no one is left behind.

Our commitment goes beyond short-term support, we continue walking alongside young people for as long as they want us to.

Bespoke Packages

In addition to our core programme, we also offer bespoke packages. These can be arranged throughout the week and provide a similar Alternative Provision experience for groups of young people or 1:1. Sessions follow the same therapeutic and relationship-based model, combining practical life skills, emotional regulation, and enrichment activities within a safe and supportive environment.

This flexible approach allows referrers to tailor support for their children, whether as a short-term intervention or as an ongoing provision, helping young people remain engaged, build resilience, and develop the skills they need to thrive.

If you are interested in a bespoke package, please get in touch to discuss how we can tailor our provision to meet your needs.

Residentials for Young People

Our residential trips offer life-changing opportunities for young people to step away from their everyday environments and immerse themselves in new, enriching experiences. Designed especially for those facing challenges such as exclusion, mental health difficulties, or special educational needs, our residentials focus on personal growth, relationship-building, emotional wellbeing and physical challenges.

Usually taking place during the summer holidays, our residentials are run in small groups of around 12 young people, supported by a minimum of 3–4 experienced staff members. These trips are held in peaceful, remote destinations such as Wales and other countryside locations offering a complete break from the pressures of daily life and a chance to reset in nature.

Each trip includes a range of outdoor adventure activities such as climbing, kayaking, team challenges, and nature walks. For many, it’s their first time away from home, and the experience helps them build confidence, resilience, and a sense of independence. The distance from home and school encourages young people to step outside their comfort zones, try new things, and uncover personal strengths that are often hidden in more traditional environments.
